Subject: Charter - Web Committee Report

All:

As I said last night, I will not be able to attend Thursday's meeting due to a travel commitment.  My web site "committee" report will be distributed by email on Monday morning when I return.  There are a couple of bugs to be worked out, and other changes based on last night's discussions, that will make it impossible to have that ready before Feb. 1st as promised.

That emailed report will consist of:

* Brief summary of what's been done
* Instructions for posting to our "internal" list
* Instructions for accessing the "private preview" of the site
* 2-3 pages of notes on features and design decisions
* Another 2-3 pages of notes for Fran, Dennis, Derrick on how to post documents/etc to the site

I would like to ask everyone to plan for some time to review that document, and the web site "private preview," sometime between Monday morning and next Wednesday's meeting.  At that meeting we can discuss any changes that you feel are necessary, and if there are none, I will be able to make it "live" for the public without further delay.
