Subject: Meeting Time


While I agree that we must make our meetings convenient to our invited guests who work in Hillsboro, I will make a motion at our next meeting to change the time?beginning with our March 20th meeting. 
? 
I agree that our county officials and office holders are accommodating us by staying after work to assist us and that without their help we would be handicapped when writing the charter. 
We are not however, making ourselves accessible to the public as was our original intent and when people don't get off from work before 5 PM, they cannot attend our meetings.?

I suggest that beginning with the March 20th meeting, we think about another meeting place such as the Antonia Fire Protection District House #2 in Barnhart at 6 PM. This will give the public an opportunity to attend the meetings and give us time to continue our meetings until we have satisfied our need for information.
