Mr. Ortwerth was extremely helpful to the original committee at the onset of 
the petition drive and I would like to see him speak with us.  There are 
arguments for both early and later preferences. I believe that we should 
contact him and see what will best suit his schedule. I would like to hear 
him as soon as possible so that we avoid some of the mistakes that cost the 
St. Charles Commission time and controversy.
