THIS MESSAGE WAS SENT VIA THE CHARTER COMMISSION MAILING LIST, AND HAS BEEN 
ARCHIVED AS A PUBLIC RECORD.
There are some small adjustments yet to be made, but I did not want to delay 
going live any further, especially since the press release went out yesterday.

Please send me any bug reports, typos, etc. that need to be fixed.  Please send 
them to me DIRECTLY and not through the list, unless you feel that there needs 
to be a public discussion whether or how to make the change.
