[Charter-Com] Citizen Participation

Last night, Richard Ford of the Cedar Hill Area, handed me his handwritten ideas to consider while writing the Charter.   As agreed I am sharing these ideas exactly as written with the entire commission membership in the attachment to this e-mail. I will give the handwritten memo to Tony to archive at our next meeting as evidence that nothing has been changed in his comments.

For those of you who do not know Mr. Ford, he is quite influential in the House Springs, Cedar Hill Areas. He ran against our 1st District Commissioner and presented an impressive challenge.
Mr. Ford spends a great deal of time on KJFF Radio.  He applied for appointment to this commission as an independent. He has a following.
