[Charter-Com] web site problems

All:

You may find, as I did this morning, that the jeffcocharter.org web site is not accessible.  The cause of the problem is a failure of the hosting provider, dreamhost.com, to resolve a technical problem at their facility.  They are inexpensive, which seemed like a good idea given that we have no budget; unfortunately one gets what one pays for.

I am currently engaged in the operation of moving the web site to another hosting provider, slicehost.com, located nearby in St. Louis.  Their reputation is excellent and I have every reason to believe that there will be no further interruptions in service once this change is completed.

The change should be completed within 24 hours.

There should be no visible changes to e-mail or listserv services.
