First of all I'd like to thank Tony for the information.

I have been looking over the information and have seen the following problems: Precincts are missing from this census, combined precincts that are no longer combined through the county clerk's office as of today, and precincts that were alone and have now been combined with other precincts.

I would like to invite everyone to submit similar information if you have it available, to help set up the future seven council seats.
