[Charter-Com] population data

This data originated from the Missouri Census Data Center at mcdc2.missouri.edu.  The original output included so many columns that Excel had trouble loading the file, so I removed everything but the population counts and breakdown by age for this Excel file.

Please note that the unit for counting purposes is the "voting tabulation district," (VTD) as the boundaries of such voting districts were drawn in 2000 when the census was taken.  The VTDs are groups of more than one precinct, as defined by the County Clerk's office.  For instance, the Clerk currently defines "Goldman 1" and "Goldman 2," but the census data only includes one VTD named "Goldman" that includes population counts for both precincts.

If anyone has questions I would be happy to try and answer them.
