[Charter-Com] precinct composition of districts

This description of the precincts included in each district is much shorter than the 20-page handout from the 5/29 meeting.  It was prepared at the request of the Suburban Journals.

Council Districts are composed of the following precincts/wards.  We drew no "new" boundary lines; all these districts are groups of precincts that already exist, with lines established by the County Clerk or the municipalities.

District 1: Byrnes Mill (all wards); High Ridge 1, 2, & 3; Hoene Springs; McNamee; Murphy No. 1 & 2; Parkdale (all wards).

District 2: Arnold (Ward 4); Jefferson Heights; Maxville No. 1; Meramec Heights; Rock Creek; Romaine Creek; Saline; and Springdale.

District 3: Arnold (Wards 1, 2 & 3); Flamm City; Maxville No. 2; Miller.

District 4: Antonia; Barnhart; Imperial; Kimmswick (all wards); Windsor; Mapaville; and Pevely Outside.

District 5: Airport; Crystal City (all wards); Festus (all wards); Herculaneum (all wards); Horine; Jefferson R7; Pevely (all wards); Plattin; Riverview; and Rush Tower.

District 6: Athena; DeSoto (all wards); Hematite; Hillsboro P-1; Hillsboro (all wards); Olympian Village (all wards); Sunrise; Valle; Vineland; Victoria.

District 7: Byrnesville; Cedar Hill; Cedar Hill Lakes; Fletcher; Goldman; Grubville; High Ridge 4; Hillsboro P-2; House Springs; Lake Tishomingo; Morse Mill; Scotsdale; Ware.
