[Charter-Com] Jeffco Charter Working Draft

My latest version of the working draft is attached, both in clean form and as a redline against the version dated June 16th.
 
This version reflects (I hope) our decisions last meeting and first drafts of provisions on most of the other elected officers powers and duties.  It also contains the same Conflicts of Interest provisions that I distributed last week for Mike Minicky.  I did not have time to edit those provisions for style, etc.
 
You should print these attached versions and bring them to the meeting for our discussions.
 
Tony, don't post this as a re-draft yet because the drafting committee has not reviewed it and we have much to discuss and decide.
